Small details, handled with care
None of it is showy. All of it is intentional. That is what our regulars return for.
Fine Dining & Cuisine
Three restaurants, one Michelin star, and a kitchen garden whose harvest shapes tomorrow’s menu. Our chefs do not compose seasonal dishes — they let the season inscribe itself onto the plate, each morning, in pencil.

“Leisurely mornings, lingering dinners, a fortunate evening at the tables. Precisely what we hoped for.”
“Every team member appeared to care sincerely, and that is not something you can manufacture.”
“A rare property that feels indulgent without ever feeling distant. The people here make the difference.”
A coastal retreat, four decades in the making.
Coralbeachmanor began in 1983 as a single villa on a sheltered bay, and expanded only when we were certain we could grow without losing what made it worth the journey. 43 years on, we maintain 80 rooms and suites, two kitchens and three gaming rooms, and we still decline more bookings than we accept.
Luxury, to us, is not marble and gold leaf. It is the second coffee you never had to request, the driver who recalls your name, the table kept open an hour past closing because conversation had not finished. We recruit for that instinct and we retain those who possess it.
Most of our guests return, and that is the entire strategy. We would rather 65 percent of a smaller number come back each year than pursue a larger one that never does.
